4. Forget about portion control:

Portion control is a myth made by people who never struggled for weight loss. These are the people who gets full even if they drink a glass of water, which means very skinny thin looking people. I believe in portion ignore instead of portion control. Eat bigger piece of steak or eat until you are full by ignoring all the portion control myths. In my dictionary of weight loss rules, it is written differently and that is: Eat till you are full, not till you are over full.

Ignore these weight loss rules and you will see you will still shed pounds and will be able to take them off for longer period of time, like I did.
