- 2 Avocados
- Tomatoes sliced
- Garlic sliced
- Bell peppers sliced
- Green onion sliced
- Lemon juice
- Add 1 tsp of honey
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, mix tomatoes, bell peppers, green onion, garlic (all sliced).
- Slice an Avocado in half and remove pit.
- Use half the vegetable mix as filling for each slice of Avocado.
- Drizzle 1 tsp of honey on top of each half.
- Add bit of lemon juice for additional taste.
