4. Refreshing Coconut Water and Berries Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Coconut water one glass
  • Tender coconut half cup
  • Blue berries two
  • Gooseberry one
  • Strawberries one cup
  • Mint leaves

Preparation

Wash all fruits properly with water before chopping.

Take gooseberry and remove its seed.

Remove leaves from strawberries.
