  1. A normal person doesn’t need to supplement calcium if they don’t drink milk. And if you are really that concerned eat a tum and stop buying into the “Vitamin Industry”. Vitamins are proven to be almost completely useless. Sunscreen will give you a longer life that supplementary water soluble vitamins you just pee out.
