Apple cider vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar has high level of PH. When more acidity I enters in the stomach it minimizes and reduces the inflammation and improves digestion and heartburn. ACV is the best choice among all the vinegars and it has further a lot of benefits.
Take a glass full of water and add 1 tbsp. of Acv in it and drink early morning empty stomach to reduce the symptoms of inflammation, heartburn and poor digestion. Acv is quite bitter in taste so you can add a tsp. of honey to avoid bitter taste of it.
