17. Kidneys

Kidneys plays an important role in human body as they are the important part of urinary system. Their main functions includes, maintenance of acid-base balance, electrolytes, production of urine and blood pressure regulation. Kidneys absorbs water, amino acids, renin, glucose, calcitriol and also produces erythropoietin hormones.

18. Spleen

With the respect to immune system, this is very important human organ as it is located upper left side of the abdominal area. Its main function is to recycle the iron and to remove the older red cells. The length of the spleen in normal human body in 11cm.

19. Testicles

Testicles are present in males only and they are the reproductive glands in males. They generates male sex hormones and produces the sperms. In every healthy male, there are 2 testicles.

20. Stomach

This is a hollow bag in alimentary canal and is a basic organ that deals with digestive system and 2ns phase of the process of digestion. It is exactly located between the small intestine and oesophagus. Stomach agitates the food and conceal protein-digesting enzymes and aids in digestion process with the help of smooth muscular contortions. It transfers the already digested food to the small intestines.

21. Thymus gland

Thymus glands are the particular immune system organs that located behind the sternum and in front of the heart. It function is to produce the T-lymphocytes in the body which is extremely important for healthy immune system.

22. Thyroid gland

Thyroid gland is the largest endocrine gland in human body and located in the neck. Pituitary and hypothalamus glands controls the thyroid gland. And the main function of the gland is to make proteins, controls energy and body’s hormone sensitivity.
