    • Im curious, the list. Is quite comprehensive, It does include foods from every major groups. Yes. Pork and pork products are not featured. So is lamb,duck and some high protein gluten free grains Amaranths, Taft and Quinoa and Millet . There are also bean and peas protein source like Asian dhals,and garbanzo that adds dept to the list. All ofvthesev can be incorporated in any meal. Also sweet potatoes are not included as well. I hope you find some of these available and in keeping with your selection and culture and palate.
