Avocado Chocolate Cake Recipe
Gluten free flour: 350g
Avocado: 1 large and ripped
Brown sugar: 300g
Cocoa powder: 50g
Baking soda: 1 tsp.
Gluten free Baking powder: 2 tsp.
Soya milk: 400ml
Vegetable oil: 150 ml
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp.
Pre heat the oven with 325 F. while you prepare the cake batter. Grease the cake pan with butter and set aside.
In a food processor, put avocado and brown sugar and run the blender until avocado and sugar became like a smooth mixture.
Take a large bowl and add gluten free flour, baking powder and baking soda and cocoa powder and whisk with hander mixer.
Take another bowl and pour avocado sugar mixture, soya milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and whisk together.
Now pour this wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold with spatula until it is smooth batter.
Pour this batter into the already greased cake pan and bake for 20-25minutes or until it is cooked properly. You can check with the tooth pick if it is cooked or not. Remove from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the frosting.
