  • 1/2 avocado, stone and skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any other milk)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
