I always knew it Avocado is an healthy addition to food and recipes. But now it is known to me that Avocado is even more tasty and nutritious when we make delicious smoothie out of it. Specially tropical avocado smoothie recipe with strawberry is an awesome way to kick off a day in a super healthy way. Even kids will love to take nutritious Avocado smoothie in their breakfast. Its colorful, healthy and can be served for lunch or with snacks also.

Tropical Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Richness of pineapple juice, mango chunks, kiwis, avocado and strawberries make it heavenly drink.

Servings: 3-4 persons

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
2 Kiwi’s peeled
Ripe, peeled and cored Avocado half
3/4 cup coconut milk (or simple)
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

Directions:

First of all, pour pineapple juice in a blender. Add mango chunks, kiwis and avocado. Blend the mixture until smooth. Pour the smoothie among 3-4 glasses and rinse blender. After that add coconut milk and strawberries to blender and blend the mixture until smooth. Serve.
