Dizziness and exhaustion
Dizziness is not that much serious. When you stand up and have a light headed feeling for some time you might be dehydrated. But if you feel light headed every time you stand up and feels a persistent dizziness throughout the day time then it shows you might have a heart problem. This light headed problem with dizziness may be due to the blockage of artery. There is also a possibility that you blood pressure is messing with the valve condition of your heart.
In the present age exhaustion occurs because of millions of reasons. But you know yourself better than others, if you are feeling yourself exhausted with the strange symptoms that you never experienced before. Then there is possibility that your heart is fighting for the proper blood oxygenation in your body.

Yellow bumps on the skin
Mostly in the older adults this condition is common. They have common fatty deposits in different sizes on their body. There is a skin condition in which the fat builds up under the skin layer named as Xanthoma. If these yellow bumps appear on the upper or lower eyelids towards the inner eye near your nose then it is called Xanthelasmata and Xanthelasama palpebrarum. Their presence shows that the fat level in the blood is higher than the normal range. Higher level of fat in the blood and the eye condition indicates serious heart illness.

Spinal stiffness
If you are feeling somehow more pressure on your spine then it may be the sign of a heart attack. If you are feeling uncomfortable conditions and aching on your shoulders, neck and back then it may be due to ill heart health.
Spinal stiffness may be due to spinal arthritis. In the morning you feel stiff in the lower back area. With the good rest and relaxing therapy you get good results. But if the rest and being inactive made conditions worse than before then it is a sign of cardiovascular disorder. Studies show that spinal arthritis is linked with the heart issues such as heart stroke, heart failure, chest pain and other heart threats.
