4. Walnuts Leafy Salad:

This is a salad that comes with great texture and taste because it includes nuts, cherry tomatoes, vinegar, cabbage and crunchy lettuce. Let’s look at the recipe.

Ingredients:

Leafy vegetables like lettuce and cabbage
50 gm of grounded walnuts
1 Tbsp. of walnut oil
1 Tbsp. of sherry vinegar
4-5 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
Just a pinch of salt to taste

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together and drizzle walnut oil in last and enjoy the great texture salad with your favourite meal or you can use this as your main meal if you wish to lose few pounds or on diet.

5. Quinoa Lentil Salad

This power booster salad with punch of proteins comes from quinoa, lentils, asparagus, mosambi juice, and mustard dressing.

Ingredients:

1 cup of quinoa
3 to 4 baby carrots
3-4 Broccoli flowers
Few sticks of Asparagus
3-4 spoon of Cauliflower
1 cup of lentils
1 cup of pomegranate
2 spring onions
Few Coriander leaves
Ingredients for the dressing:
Juice of one mosambi
1 tsp. of mustard
2 Tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. of Lemon grass
1/2 chopped green chilli
4-6 basil leaves

Ingredients:

Soak quinoa in water and set aside. Bowl vegetables in salted water and drain. Put the veggies and quinoa in a bowl and add lentils, pomegranates, onions and coriander and mix well all the ingredients. Now mix all the dressing ingredients in another small bowl and drizzle over the quinoa bowl and mix well and have fun.
