2. Green Bean Salad

This is another quick salad recipe with just 5 ingredients and you can make it in quick 15 minutes.


1 Tbsp. of olive oil
2 cloves of chopped garlic
200 gm of topped and tailed green beans cut into 1 cm sticks
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1/4 tsp. of salt


Add beans and water in a pan and bowl for 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Now sauté garlic in olive oil and add beans and fry for 3-4 minutes. Now add salt n pepper and enjoy yummy hot green bean salad.

3. Green Apple Salad:

This Thai green apple salad has everything green, salt n pepper and olive oil.


1 green apple
1 tbsp. of sliced olives
2-3 tbsps. Of spring onions
Few coriander leaves
2 tsps. Of olive oil
1-2 tsp. of Honey to drizzle
Salt n pepper to taste


Slice the apple in two halves and cut them in sticks like match sticks and put them in bowl. Now add spring onions. Olives and coriander leaves on the apples and season with salt n pepper and olive oil and mix well. Now drizzle the salad with honey and serve with more spring onions over the top.
