  1. Hmmm, thank you very sincerely for this valuable information. Now for your digestive tract and liver – have a big bowl of oatmeal (simple rolled oats is best I believe). Doctor it up with some dried cranberries (which even remove heavy metals), any other dried fruit you wish, honey, brown or raw sugars, real cream or at least whole milk, cinnamon, chocolate, and?? Don’t get too far from a toilet for the next 24 hours and you will get a very good “colon cleanse”+. It is the absorbent qualities of the whole oats that will carry out any toxins or other unhealthy things right on out.
