    • I know that I require a detoxification and nutritional supplements to be heather.
      So why should I not be in need of all the antioxidants that I can absorb while being a smoker, drinker and a consumer of meats and processed O.M.G foods products?

      I believe I have need of antioxidants.

  1. Everybody should take proper diet.Balanced diet can prevent many diseases &/or illnesses. These fruits having richest source of antioxidant. We should try to maintain the balance diet by daily fruits intake .PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
