4) Apple cider vinegar

 It provides the necessary minerals to the body such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium which are useful for fighting arthritis. It also removes toxins from the body thus making body function normally. In a cup of warm water add a teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Mix well and drink daily in the morning.

5) Epsom salt

It is a good source of magnesium in the body which can stabilize the pH in the body. Arthritis can increase the acidity, so, magnesium is helpful for decreasing this acidity. In a warm cup of water add Epsom salt and lemon juice in equal amounts and consume one teaspoon of it twice a day.

It is a home remedy for arthritis. The Omega 3 in fish oil has certain anti inflammatory properties that can reduce the pain of arthritis. Consuming two to three tablespoons of fish oil can be helpful. Also, eating cold fish can help fight arthritis. Fish oil supplements can also help to eradicate arthritis and make muscles less stiff.

8) Cherries

The potassium and magnesium present in cherries are important nutrients required for proper functioning of the body. Magnesium acts as a natural pain killer and potassium can help reduce the inflammation, which are both useful for arthritis patients. Directly consuming cherries or drinking cherry syrup can be helpful for arthritis.

  1. I knew when a doctor smilingly said to me, ‘yep. That’s arthritis. I said ‘oh. So what are we going to do about it? ‘ She smiled and said ‘nothing. It’s the natural aging process ‘.
